
W. J. Watson Pty. Ltd. was displeased with the level of service and poor reliability afforded to the company by our previous web service provider. Our client feedback was also suggesting although the site was very fancy in appearance it was slow to download difficult to traverse and information relevant to individual customers was very hard or at worst impossible to find. Product updates were not being added and I was pretty much fed up with not receiving a service I had paid good money for . Customers were simply going elsewhere and it was further costing the business greatly. In addition the site was difficult to find using search engines such as Google. Unless you were provided our web address we were next to impossible to find.
I first met Mike McCoy late 2006 as a customer who indeed purchased one of our products. It was during that encounter that discussions emerged revealing Mike’s profession in website design and hosting. I explained to Mike my concerns and he inturn showed me some very workable and affordable solutions. The ease in which he was able to suggest solutions gave me confidence to employ his service.
Our products and their specifications require regular update. To date all product information passed on to Mike has been added to the site within hours. In all case to date updates have been online and accessible to our customers by the following morning. We have also chosen to optimise our search engine visibility by using Mike’s industry experience to maintain our website monthly.
